Colin comes to the Fern Ridge Library from the world of book selling, most recently at the University of Oregon Bookstore. He completed his MLIS from the iSchool at the University of Washington in early 2007, and is quite content to make the transition from selling books to lending them. He has served as a board member for the Pacific Northwest Booksellers Association, and is currently completing a three-year term on the PNBA Award Committee. When he's not reading, Colin enjoys jogging (slowly), swimming, and spending time outside, even in the rain.
